BOTTEGA VENETA RELEASE NEW ALTA FRAGRANCE COLLECTION
Bottega Veneta has opened its next olfactory chapter with Alta, a collection of ten Eaux de Parfum designed as a dialogue between Italy and the world. Launched just in time for summer, Alta moves beyond a single signature scent to offer a full sensory wardrobe, from dawn brightness to nocturnal richness.
The concept is pure Bottega. Creative director Matthieu Blazy builds each fragrance around an “Intrecciato duo” — one ingredient sourced in Italy woven together with a counterpart from elsewhere. The house describes Alta as ten expressions balancing citrus, aromatic notes and freshness with woods, resins and warmth. In practice, that means Italian basil meets Madagascan vetiver, or Italian saffron is paired with Vietnamese benzoin, turning the brand’s leather-weave heritage into scent.
Design follows the same logic. The scents come in sculptural, refillable bottles embossed with the Intrecciato pattern, available in 50ml and 100ml, and the collection is presented with bespoke woven leather accessories that make each bottle feel like an objet d’art rather than just perfume.
