PUMA TEAM UP WITH SALEHE BEMBURY FOR WORLD CUP

Salehe Bembury just took over PUMA's World Cup wardrobe; The kits for this summer are already out, so for round two PUMA stepped off the grass and let Bembury loose on everything around it. Think airport fits, bench layers, warm-ups — the stuff players actually live in between games.

He's done a full set for all 11 PUMA countries, and none of them look like templates. Each one pulls from somewhere real — a coastline, a weave, a flag colour you only notice up close — then gets filtered through old PUMA shapes, especially the KING. You can tell it's him without the logo.

The easy wins are the tees and the jackets. Cut clean, loud enough to clock from across a terminal, quiet enough to wear after the final whistle. Keepers get their own treatment too, which is rare.

Footwear-wise, it's not a full new model — Bembury just recolours the Velum he dropped with PUMA earlier this year. Fits the story. PUMA are calling this the middle chapter. They've got three parts planned before the tournament kicks off, and the last one is meant to be three boots, with a new ULTRA 7 in the mix.

It lands June 4. PUMA.com and the usual handful of shops that actually get the good stuff.
