MERTRA DROP SOLID COLLECTION FOR SS26
Mertra is back tomorrow, Friday May 29, with another one-and-done release. The Australian label — founded in 2022 by Aron Williams — has made its name blending minimalist streetwear with material experiments, most notably the heat-reactive puffer that broke out at London Fashion Week.
The brand doesn't do seasonal storytelling. It does fabric-first drops: premium cotton-blend hoodies, lambswool pullovers, camo puffers and color-block tees, cut clean and built for daily wear. Sustainability and innovation sit at the core, but the real draw is scarcity. Mertra's rule is simple — when a collection is gone, it's never restocked. You're not buying a logo, you're buying a moment.
The lookbook confirms the drop formula hasn't changed: limited run, no restock, all pieces tagged "MERTRA SS26" on-screen. It's the same brand DNA from the 2022 heat-reactive puffer days — minimalist design, sustainability pitch, but now pushed through sharper graphics and technical fabrics.
Drop goes live May 29 on mertra.com. Based on the lookbook rollout and past sell-throughs, expect the spider tees and the light-gray technical jacket to go first.
London based, Tega’s art continues define the creative sphere of Gen-Z and her creative approach is sustainable way of thinking is the future of fashion and design.
The collection is built in four acts: I – The Call (contained spirituality), II – The Armour (protection), III – The Fire (purification), IV – The Saint (transcendence).
